How do I make a reservation?

To make a reservation, you can easily do so through our website by clicking on Book Now, or by contacting our reservations team at reservations@newdenverlodge.com. You can also call us at (250) 608-8410.

What type of accommodations do you offer?

We offer a variety of accommodation to suit different preferences, including standard rooms with queen beds, deluxe rooms with king beds, and other rooms featuring twin beds and full beds. Most guest rooms have one bed each and ensuite bathrooms. Visit our website for detailed descriptions and images of each option. 

What amenities are available during my stay?

You have access to our large indoor swimming pool with mountain views. You can relax in our hot tub on the deck overlooking Slocan Lake or have a session in our infrared sauna. Our covered patio has a bar area and comfortable couches. The lodge features a fully equipped kitchen and a large BBQ for guests who want to cook their own meals. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation and the time of cancellation. Please refer to our booking confirmation or contact our reservations team for specific details. 

Are pets allowed at the lodge?

We have 3 pet friendly rooms available on the lower level with separate entrances at an additional cost. And pets are not permitted in the common shared spaces in the main lodge.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we provide complimentary parking for our guests. Each guest room is typically allocated one parking space. Our parking lot has enough room for 12 cars. 

What dining options are available on site?

Our lodge features a kitchen available for guests to cook their own meals. Guests can also explore local dining options. In the New Denver area, there is a cafe, a pub, and the restaurant at Slocan Lake Golf Course during golf season. Other restaurant options are available within a 35 minute drive from the lodge.

Do you offer breakfast?

Yes, at New Denver Lodge, we offer a delicious continental breakfast for guests. It is included in the price of the rooms. Start your day right with a satisfying breakfast at New Denver Lodge!

Do you offer long term stay discounts?

For extended stays, we may offer special rates. Contact our reservations team at reservations@newdenverlodge.com to discuss long-term stay options and any available discounts.

What outdoor activities are nearby?

Our lodge is surrounded by nearby attractions and outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, kayaking, mountain biking, zip lining, golf courses, wineries, wildlife photography, skiing, heli-skiing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and hot springs, to name a few. Do you offer special packages or discounts?

Yes, we periodically offer special packages and discounts. Check our Instagram @newdenverlodge or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on the latest offers. 

Can I book the entire lodge for a private event or celebration?

Yes, we offer exclusive takeovers for events such as weddingscorporate and wellness retreats, and family reunions. We have a minimum 2 nights per booking during the fall/winter seasons, and a minimum 3 nights per booking during the spring/summer seasons.
